By linking your bank account through Plaid, you acknowledge and agree that Plaid will access and transmit your financial data to us in accordance with Plaid’s End User Privacy Policy (available at https://plaid.com/legal).

5.2 Financial Information Collected Through Plaid

When you connect your bank account through Plaid, we may collect the following financial information:

• Bank account name, type, and account/routing numbers
• Account balance information (current and available balances)
• Transaction history (deposits, withdrawals, and transfers)
• Account holder identity information as provided by your financial institution
• Institution name and account status

• With Plaid, as necessary to maintain your bank account connection and retrieve updated financial information
• With our acquiring bank(s) and payment processor(s) as required to facilitate ACH transactions authorized under your MCA agreement
• With regulatory authorities or law enforcement when required by law, subpoena, or court order
• With professional advisors (legal, audit, accounting) under confidentiality obligations

All financial data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard encryption protocols. Access to financial data is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.

5.5 Plaid Data Retention and Disconnection

Financial data obtained through Plaid is retained for as long as your MCA agreement is active and for any additional period required by applicable law or regulation. You may disconnect your bank account from Plaid at any time by contacting us at info@appfundingbeta.com or (646) 360-0790, or by managing your connected accounts through Plaid’s portal at https://my.plaid.com. Disconnecting your account may affect our ability to process payments under your MCA agreement and could result in a default under the terms of that agreement.
